Pixel's TOS
1. General & Scope★ Commission slots are accepted at the artist's discretion. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason, such as not feeling I would be the best artist for the task.★ All work focuses on cute, whimsical, nostalgic, and playful themes (SFW / agere / littlefur).Will Not Draw: Extreme gore, hate art, non-consensual themes, hyper, messy, NSFW, sexual themesWill Not Serve or Draw: Zoos, MAPs, cub, homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc.
2. Ordering & WorkflowReferences:★Clear, visual character reference sheets and specific scene/prop ideas are required before work begins.★ I can work with written descriptions or artistic freedom, but may incur a feeProcess:
✩ Rough Sketch: Sent on request for approval on pose, anatomy, expression, and composition.✩✩ Lineart : Main pose check, sent for approval✩✩✩ Flat Color Check: Verification of markings, colors, and key details.✩✩✩✩ Final Delivery: Full-resolution digital file (.PNG) delivered via direct link/email.Revisions:★ Up to 2 minor revisions are included during the line stage.★ Major redraws requested after line approval or adjustments due to missing reference details may incur an additional fee.
3. Payment & Invoicing★ Payments are handled via Paypal, Ko-FI (stripe, credit, pp), or Zelle.★ Full payment is required upfront before piece is added to queue★★Chargebacks without prior communication will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.★★
4. Turnaround & Cancellations★ Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks per piece, unless stated otherwise in the commission queue.★ While I follow rough order of queue, I jump around to pieces with more or less complexity or themes to prevent burnout★ I have chronic illness, am disabled, and a caregiver to an elderly parkinson's patient. Wait time can change at any time as my symptoms or situation flares or evolves.Refunds:★ 100% refund if the artist must cancel prior to starting.★ Partial refund calculated based on work completed if canceled mid-progress.★ No refunds once the piece has reached final lines and coloring.
5. Rights & Usage★ Personal Use: Clients receive rights for personal use (avatars, banners, wallpapers, personal printing, social media posts with proper credit).★ Commercial Rights: Not included in standard commissions. Any commercial use, merchandise production, or distribution must be negotiated separately.★ Signatures & Watermarks: The artist’s signature (Pixel Pup 'YY) must remain legible on all posted versions.★ AI & Blockchain: Under no circumstances may commissioned artwork be minted as NFTs, integrated into blockchain networks, or fed into AI training datasets/generators.★ Artist Rights: The artist retains copyright to the illustration and reserves the right to post finished pieces and process shots in portfolios, galleries, and promotional posts.★Adoptables: Owners of adoptables may change name, markings, backstory etc. Characters created by Pixel Pup may not be used in hateful, cub, zoo, homophobic, transphobic, racist, or otherwise problematic art or backstories. Adoptables may be resold so long as credit to Pixel Pup for original art is given.
